so not being able to reroll hammers is time wasting... to much rng that way.
and the skills selene has to offer are not good at all :(
hades 1 allowed us to pick a god and use thier special power.

in hades 2 u have 1 god selene offering moon spells that dont change the game much.
the best spell by far is the 25hp restore and it ends there.

so deadlic hammer need some love and more gods like in hades 1 to pick from or make selenes abbilities better and more balanced thanks.

I agree that Selene feels underwhelming. I think buffing the dark form would help. It looks so cool, but it feels worse than a decent build, so I never want to use it. The 25hp restore is very good, and I do think it's ok that some of them aren't super strong, but it would be cool if the dark form was the strongest.

I thought the same thing about Selene at first until I realized there's a very simple fix in the game itself: get her Boon again. You can then upgrade the Hex you picked through a skill tree and they can get stupidly strong. I just had an amazing run with Wolf Howl that allowed me to slam down with it for 400 damage, invulnerable during the entire use, 2 seconds to fire it AGAIN for no cost, and then invulnerable for 2 seconds afterwards. There are tons of fun and unique ways to upgrade Hexes.
