can i "dodge" a locked heart?

It feels like the devs left a heart locked because what she is going to tell you in that moment is not yet done / spoils something that is coming in next updates.
For me is more like: When the game releases and everything is done this should be playing here but since the game is in EA we are going to leave this locked for now.
Or maybe is just that you need another conversation with another character to unlock that particular Arachne heart

That can happen for pretty much all characters at the moment. I assume it's a bug, that we shouldn't be able to go past a locked heart but all the locked hearts like that I encountered I was able to unlock them so, I guess its fine. You won't be locked out of something.

For Arachne you just need to keep talking with her and it will resolve itself. Basically she gets angry at you for accepting help from gods and helping them as well because they made her like that. But she forgives you eventually and the heart is then unlocked
