So far I've cleared it with the staff, the axe, and the daggers and I'll probably do it soon with the skull too but for the wands you probably want to change the setup a bit to get a longer time limit.
Also Heracles is great on these runs because your timer is paused during his event (same goes for nemesis, artemis, and I think Icarus) so you can just chill and play it slow and careful.
Edit: Wanted to add that on daggers I did an attack build with melinoe aspect and aphrodite boon, on staff I did a special build with momus aspect (need a good daedalus hammer or 2 but there's a lot of good stuff you can roll), and for axe I did an attack build again with melinoe aspect and aphrodite boon. I tried aspect of pan a bit as well on the daggers and tried special build with it at first but it just struggled against eris.
I went with Vows of Blood to 60% damage . They are going to hit hard with 60% damage boost but in time you get used to attack patterns and dodge better.
Vows of dominance for 30% extra health on enemies. It's rough but with no time limit for my run you can focus more on taking your time. I find the time limit leads to rushing and making extra mistakes from being under pressure but that's just me.
Vow of Fury to 20% faster enemies. I don't recommend going any faster as some enemies are insane with that much extra speed.
Vow of Suffering for +100 extra damage to you on first hit. It's rough but i find the other options to be more difficult.
Vow of Commotion for 60% extra enemies. Difficult in tight areas but a weapon with good AoE should be able to handle it.
Vow of Haunting for 50% enemy respawn. Be careful chasing down the tokens as you can lead yourself open to attacks hunting them down. I mainly focus on going for the more annoying enemies like some projectile attackers to stop them from respawning.
Vow of Scars for 50% less healing. Not as many areas to heal in the overworld to begin with and I use the Arcana that gives 2 hp each encounter that helps some.
Vow of Destitution for 80% more expensive items. I ran Poseidon and if you're lucky he has some boons that can help with healing and gold if needed but you should be able to get through without needing much from Charon.
Vow of Panic for no magic at the start. I did both worlds without relying on Omega attacks and you can run an Arcana card that negates this one anyways.
Vow of Forsaking for dropping boons you don't pick. I agree with Sintonir that this vow can occasionally help for more control over boon opportunities.
Vow of Arrogance for priming 10 magic for each rarity above common you pick. Again since magic isn't being used much this is a good choice.
All of those should get you to 32 fear in time.
I went with staff of momus with poseidon special and hestia on sprint and cast I barely used my attack. I got lucky getting a hammer that let my special fire twice and spent most of the time just firing special and dodge to relocate with Hestia cast slowing down rushing enemies.
Took about five tries but I found this to be safer when dealing with both overworld bosses and most non armor enemies. Good luck.
