Look at something like Wizard of Legend or Nuclear Throne; closest you're gonna get.
There's really nothing besides Wizard of Legend, Nuclear Throne, or look at some of the FPS co-op roguelikes that have been coming out lately.
Still, not even close, but at least you will be playing a good game.
They are not comparable, sorry.
Gauntlet was fun for a few playthroughs though, best of the bunch listed here. Nine Parchments is closer to Magicka than Hades.
Wizard of Legend is a lot of fun though and has a sequel on the horizon.
All of those games are fun, but it's like saying you should play Mario Kart instead of Gran Turismo. Sure, some of the concepts are the same, but these aren't really the same vein.
There's that other one by the Dead Cells devs that they are working on too that looks pretty promising!
