But you guys always lead the market with great games and settings.
I want Zagreus of fantastic charm and voice once again

make him an unlock character or bonus character
You can do it as a paid dlc. make me
I don't want to see heroic tales of weak women

How many times are we going to see the same ♥♥♥♥. Melinoe is a woman, get over it. If you want to play as Zagreus, play the first game. We don't care that you don't want to play as a girl. Cry about it.

It's not about that, I was pretty fine with he missing the last character, he had charisma.
He doesnt know the new character and he assumes she is weak just for being a woman.
If you can't see the difference of "i dont like playing female chars" and "female chars are weak, i hate them"... you have a problem, better search "sexism".
(I dont like playing male characters btw, but that's not for stu*id sexist opinion)

Not only are all your points rendered moot by the fact that i's fiction, it's even more meaningelss considering that the characters in the game are gods, and it's not like women being hunters is completely foreign to greek mythology, i mean Artemis was in the first game, did that break your immersion?

Besides how would you know Melinöe is weak in character when the game isn't even out yet?

And if you can't get immersed in a character just because they have different genitals than you then i definitely think the problem is on you...

First, the first point you make is mute. we are talking about a protagonist, which have a much higher standard for immersion so even if you use a god like character lets say "a god of war" the ideal is much heavier when you design "a god of war" character. therefor it cant be a female goddess of war. if you must have a female in that regard you got to have the writing quality and the built background to back it up otherwise you are just wasting your time.

second.i don't know if she is a weak character i assume she is. and today i would be about 95% correct. There is a great disservice today for female characters in the media. most of them are either weak of character or are not written to be woman. this is disappointing since i prefer female characters over males. Female characters are in such a bad state it should be considered a red flag if the main protagonist is female.

And thirdly. Its actually very normal not being able to immerse yourself in a character based on their gender. Male and Female humans are vastly different in character and body. Therefor it is difficult for a man to see himself as a woman and vice verse. Why do you think girl franchises has mostly female protagonist and male franchises have mostly male protagonist?

But its not impossible to make man/female interested in an opposite gender protagonist. The easiest way to make a female protagonist that man would like to play/watch is making her a character they would simply like to have coitus with. That is not only in psychical appearance but also in character. Example of such characters would be the MLP G4 cast, Disney princess (specialy 90s gen), ME trilogy character. Persona's characters, the list goes on and on. If you cant do that than you have to back it up with great quality of writing which nearly never happen.

Now from what i seen from this specific character is no different than most female characters who got release in the last five or so years. But this still remains to prove me wrong in short we would see.

I'm the one obsessed with gender? I don't care what gender a protagonist is. Hades is one of my favorite games and I love Zagreus' character. Male main characters are perfectly fine. I'm not the one whining about a character's gender here, am I?
