I'm still wondering what's that supposed to be about. I am not aware of Chronos being that big in mythology aside from the creation myth and him being basically the father of all. Was he even a Titan? Technically speaking?

Cronus was a Titan (son of Uranus), but that's a different character all-together.

Chronos is the... Producer for lack of the better word of Chaos, Phebes and Aether. And yes, the Time itself. What the heck did he do to cause this whole "Death to Chronos" thing? :D

Even in antiquity Chronos and Cronus were identified as the same entity. I guess the game does the same thing

There are some versions of mythology that tell the Titans were freed by Zeus (Chronos included). Possibly they'll build on top of that, and I feel the story has some revenge undertones. We'll see I guess.
