What does "Lock H scene choices" option mean?

I haven't got to any H scenes yet, but I found this setting in the menu. In the interest of me having the best experience upon reading, what does this setting (and the related one like inside outside, mouth face) mean?

My initial guess is that this is where you put your Masaomi juice, but wouldn't this be handled by an in game choice rather than something in the setting?

Normally when you get to a h-scene, oftentimes you're given a dialogue choice near the end weather to ejaculate inside or or outside. I believe that option lets you pick where you'd like it done so it does it automatically when you get to those scenes instead of having to manually choose every time.

should i on/off this "Lock H-Scene Choices" if i want to get that option?

On is automatic ie you dont see the option to choose. Off you will be presented with the two choices.
