I believe I've heard this issue before, but I don't remember exactly what the fix was. I would recommend verifying your game files, updating your drivers/windows, and playing around with outside software like Geforce or Nvidia panel
It's caused by Geforce Now, you have to disable the recording indicator to get ride of it, thanks for the help !

Hi try to press shortcut key ALT+Z to open Geforce in game-overlay> Settings >scroll down and you will find Performance Monitoring> click to undo the show reflex indicator >done
couldn't start: "d:\steam\steamapps.common\ready or not readyornot binaries\win64\readyornot-win64-shipping.exe readyornot -dx12 createprocess returned 2
reinstalled and verified the game files but still this pops out:(
