I believe I've heard this issue before, but I don't remember exactly what the fix was. I would recommend verifying your game files, updating your drivers/windows, and playing around with outside software like Geforce or Nvidia panel

It's caused by Geforce Now, you have to disable the recording indicator to get ride of it, thanks for the help !

i have the same troubleshooting and i couldnt disable the recording indicator even didnt find it.
could you explane how i can do it

i got the same problem when i start the game it shows me a black square at the left of the screen its very annoying did yoy solve this issue please help me

Hi try to press shortcut key ALT+Z to open Geforce in game-overlay> Settings >scroll down and you will find Performance Monitoring> click to undo the show reflex indicator >done

Did not work, if I alt tab in and out the problem gets fixed for like 10 seconds then reverts

I need help also, this pops out when i open ready or not.
couldn't start: "d:\steam\steamapps.common\ready or not readyornot binaries\win64\readyornot-win64-shipping.exe readyornot -dx12 createprocess returned 2

reinstalled and verified the game files but still this pops out:(
