Player Limit Editor Public Multiplayer Compatibility

From the Nexus Modding Community there's a mod that allows you to greatly increase the total player count, whilst I have been able to host public lobbies with other mods, I have not been successful in creating a lobby that allows more than just 5 people on it. (with the mod, nobody ever joins).

I do know it's possible as I have seen public lobbies with more than 5 people. but I am unaware of how to do it, if anyone can help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I have to no significant avail, other mods have worked just fine though, so far I've only had an issue with this mod in public lobbies
