Report a translation problem
Requiring all mod creators to specify an "tested and working with game version" string and include an ingame filter that only shows mods where this is equal to your game version.
In a perfect world, that's how it would already be...
But what we need right now is a quick and simple fix for the absolute mess the ingame mod menu is in.
And I personally think that harming those 0.x% who downgrade (which isn't even supported by the steam client for this game at all) is better than the current situation where everyone on the latest version has to deal with this trial and error mess.
just hide old mods. Because the mod browser is built ingame, older versions will automatically show all mods, as per each version.
There's no danger of older versions being left out of mods.
