cant mod with vortex

idk why, i just cant mod with vortex. when i launch the game (from vortex) and error message pops up and it basically states that i have to "verify installation" which idk how to do. if its the path (i set it to D:\Program Files\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks) idk what else to do. i tried searching for the answer but it just shows how to install mods. i do everything the text/video tells me to do and it still doesn't work. can someone help me?

update: I cant mod in general. like, i cant mod it with or without vortex

update 2: i cant mod with vortex but i can mod it manually

It means you are downloading broken mods.

so all mods are broken? cause it works when i do it manually but not with vortex

No, just ones not updated for July 23rd and closer, that is what corrupt data verification required means.

i tested with both manual and vortex and manual is the only one that worked. same mods, same time period, newest version, and the mod is compatable with 1.1 or whatever version this game is on now.

That's a Vortex / Nexus problem not VOID.

i did more testing and i am glad/embarrassed to announce that vortex does work...

Well that's news to me. I can't run a single mod. No map mods, no alteration mods, I can't even run a mod just to simply remove the version number in the upper right hand corner.

Tried unpacking manually, updating, nada.

reinstall the game, don't touch it, install vortex, install some mods, and i'm pretty sure it'll most likely work. if not, come back and tell. i'll try to solve whatever issue anyone has (if it's not too complicated. but simple file stuff isn't a lot)

if that doesn't work, delete the paks folder in "Ready Or Not/ReadyOrNot/contents/paks" you can simply find it by clicking manage, and brows local files in steam
