It will not delete your progress.
Can't belive that the "unsubscribe" on mods doesn't clear themselves properly
Doing that absolutely does delete your progress, all unlocks and back to 1 map unlocked.
Make sure to logout of the Mod.io in the mods area or it will just download subscribed mods again, there are some old mods you can't even unsubscribe from.
Even the 'Steam cloud save' reset like a fresh install
The progress is stored in %LOCALAPPDATA% \ReadyOrNot\Saved\
Following NULLYUKI's way:
Right click on "Ready Or Not" in your Steam library.
Click on "Manage > Browse local files"
Navigate to "readyornot\content\paks"
After you got here, slick into "mod.io"
Click "3791" or whatever your number is
Delete the file "mods" and this should uninstall every mod you have, after going back on the game, the once you did not unsubscribe will automatically download again. This keeps all the mod you want and uninstall the ones you don't want. Works for me but not sure if it works for everyone.
