How do I modify AI stats

You need to extract the AILevelData.ini from the game files, edit it and then either repack it or make it into a .pak mod.

Or just try out a mod from nexus.

Any in particular that you'd recommend? I don't even know the first thing about modding

Start with this mod. Its seem to be getting pretty popular. I am not 100% a fan of it as I think it makes the game too easy. You can also get the AllLevelData.ini file from the nexus link I provided if you don't want to extract it yourself.

You can also use this: https://ron.recursiveprojects.cloud/AI_Mod

You can upload the .pak file directly to this website and edit the values yourself. You can start with the default AllLevelData.ini file or the No crack for AI mod.

I'll probably update that mod tomorrow with some variants to let people choose a difficulty, should be fun.
