Replace voice of swat judge?

I want to change a line from judge when he yells at suspect i have the, Samuel l Jackson voice mod, i have the file i want in WAV sound file but it wont sound in game i see other numbers i cant figure out what to name the file ??

1: Copy and paste the files you want replaced into some other new folder in documents or something, so you don't need to reinstall if you want them back. (Important, otherwise you have to reinstall the game to get them back if something breaks)

2: Find the file you want to replace in the game's files, and copy it's file name.

3: Delete the original file and paste it's name onto the modded voice line.

4: Delete the rest of the original voice lines for that specific action. (they all have the same name, except for a number at the end)

Ok i got it i now but i already have a voice mod installed and the numbers are confusing but i got the line i wanted ENGLISH MF do you speak it lol, that was the line it takes a minute cause voice repeats it self but it do work after a few clicks of the f-key

I had to change the vioce of Judge and King to get it to work.
