Realistic Gore Mods?

Does anyone know of any mods that enhance the gunshot wounds? I'm trying to recreate a more real immersive feel and so far I haven't seen anything. Not a fan of hitting someone point blank with a slug or buck shot and it not doing anything at all.

I agree I want something more serious, the wounds from a shotgun shot at point-blank range do not leave real ice from being wounded

It is an older mod but still works.
I use the "Max dismemberment" version which runs perfect with other mods.

NOTE: Take JHP Ammo for max lethal. But be advise that the JHP ammo in this mod can fly against the wall and change direction so it can hurt others as you aswell. so be careful
