Is the Hanged Man Achievement bugged on Solo?

I am doing everything. I have the ram, flashes and a taser, no one on my team has any face wear. They all have the ram and flashes like me but has ammo for their primaries to do the grunt work. I bash doors, I tase people and the first to throw multiple flashes across the map, why I am still not getting it? I am using the gunfighter mod btw if that matters.

You ramming the doors probably invalidates the achievement. Do not use any secondary equipment including the optiwand. "Bash" is referring to weapon melee not the battering ram.
