About helmets...
If you choose to have no helmet equipped, I will just assume you get one-tapped if you're shot in the dome? Or how does that whole thing work? I tried searching for it in the forums, but didn't really find an answer there, so I thought I'd try to ask myself. Asking mostly for aesthetic reasons as well.

With no helmet almost all calibers will oneshot you, except 9x18, 5.45x39 and 7.62x51 AP, they all have 2x headshot multiplier instead of 3x.
With helmet you can't be damaged in the head untill helmet is broken, but even if it's broken it still have ricochet chance, which is 33% for ballistic mask and 25% for all others helmet types.
All helmet types protects whole head, there is no face hitbox or anything like this.

IRL even a .22 can cause you to have a very bad day if it is applied to your skull. It would make sense at the very least to put you out of the ongoing operation once you have some holes in your face or head considering the alleged "realism" angle of the game.
Most helmets in should defend against most pistol calibers while not offering reliable protection against rifle bullets. Anyways I don't think SWAT IRL would go in to a mission not wearing a helmet.

Yeah, no, I get that, but sometimes I just wanted to know if it mattered at all gameplay-wise or if it was mostly an aesthetic thing.
