Can't send team to therapy

I completed 7 missions so far in commander mode & I still can't send my units to therapy, the option's blurred out. Am I missing something?

I could only send officers to therapy when they have the "crisis" status, and I think it's also possible when they have a stressed status. But with anxious or content it's greyed out.

The limits I found on the therapy thing is; they have to be higher than the first grade of disturbed (I forget the name, I think it is anxious, might be nervous). You can't send more than 3 dudes there and if there is no one to replace them on the team it will be greyed out.
