How do I manage my squad?

I know how to change their loadout, but my team is stressed out. How do I manage that? and how do I recruit more swat?

you send them to therapy do two missions then they're back from therapy and should be Content, or you fire the officers or let them have a breakdown and the officers get replaced the commander mode is new and i think the devs realised that its a little bit to hardcore for us newbies

also i think the devs are trolling me ive died so many times on gas station somehow the suspects have ak47s and machine guns on the first level making it impossible to breach lol

or u just cant do it because its the whole time greyed out

so.. because no one actually mentions it.. you open the tablet (hold tab) to show everyones info, then click on someone below and tell em to go to therapy. bit issue is that takes a while and you need to make people to replace them

so for real, is there something that i should know before sending someone to therapy... because i cant send anyone there because its grey out all the time. No matter if they are in my team or not.

umm. i think you just need to get through a few levels? you also can only have 3 people in therapy one time. and it takes i think about 3 missions for them to be done. don't quote me on it because i too am still tryna figure it out
