How Do I Give Officers A Break?

Nowhere does it tell me this. I just keep getting told to give them a break. I have no idea how to. Where do I do this????

Open your phone (hold tab by default) then go to the roster and switch them out for other people you have available. If their stress level is in the orange/yellow level (anxious/stressed) they just need a couple missions as inactive squad members and they'll get better. If their stress level is in red (crisis) you can click on their profile and click Send To Therapist. This will take them out of commission for a few missions but it'll fix them.

How do you actually swap them?

Click on the Officer that needs to be swapped, and then click on the Officer you want to swap them with.

Can anyone tell me how the ♥♥♥♥ you make the tablet interactive, all he does is flip open the tablet at the bottom of the screen, nothing makes it go fullscreen and i have no way or option of selecting any of my guys to swap them out, holding tab does ♥♥♥♥ all

That would be a bug. Holding Tab is the key to make it pop up to be interactive.

The important part everyone seems to forget is for the first like 5 missions you are just going to lose officers. you have to beat at least 5 missions to have unlocked enough slots for you to have a roaster you can even switch officers out with. Until then just let the whiney sods leave and keep replacing them. The perks they provide once leveled up aren't even really helpful.

Agreed, first I thought i was doing something wrong since I couldn't find out how to swap them out. Wasn't tell few missions later once slots opened up that I figured it out. Such garbage though, with only a couple missions officers are already in crisis mode before you even get to unlocking new ones.
