Is it just me or can you not equip certain weapons

XD thats freaking solid, i figured it out, i had a mod that was fighting with it XD

i can equip half of the weapons and i uninstalled all mods

I can't equip any of the new weapons, I have removed all of my mods and the mod.io folder, nothing is working
