1.0 Launch Xbox Controller Config

Hey guys, for those rare controller players among us I've whipped up a new controller config for 1.0 launch. Search for Ready Or Not [Launch 1.0] - Xbox Controller [Comeng] in the community layouts.

I have a hand disability and play most of my games with controller so really appreciate this!

Thank you, but unfortunately it doesn't work at all. No reaction to sticks or buttons. Also, the developers promised official controller support for the beta, so where is it now?

this is not what us controller players need it is crasp using steam config yuck. please add proper controller support.

Can you elaborate on no reaction? Did you change your crouch and leans to toggle?

The game does not respond to ANY controller input, no movement, no looking around, no buttons. What difference should it make if I change crouch and leans to toggle, if the controller Input is not recognized at all?

Ah gutted - was just looking at whether or not to pick this up. Only have a keyboard/trackpad as spend most of my time using a controller with my PC on a big screen, so will have to give it a miss unless they implement controller support (spend too long a desk to get home and sit at another one using a mouse and keyboard).

Yes, I have activated exactly this config, I'm glad for you that it works for you, I did it exactly as you described...but the controller is dead...too bad!

Connect your controller to your pc, go into properties in your ready or not steam library. Select controller, enable steam input, and then the controller layout tab should appear shortly next to support

I have done all of this, but the controller is still dead in the game, regardless of whether it is connected wired or wireless. I don't understand it, thanks anyway!

Someone else wrote that he could play with his PS5 controller before version 1.0, but not since the update...

Hmm, have you tried one of the other community configs? Does it have the same problem?
