Gear/Achievements Unlocks

So it seems like neither gear or achievements unlock during your playthrough with online buddies in COOP, atm it only works in Commander mode.
Has anyone else encountered this and is this intentional or a bug? I really want this 1999 SWAT roleplay. Thanks

That's really disappointing, unlocking stuff with friends is a great incentive to play through all the missions.

Yeah why can you not earn achievements in coop? and why does it not work like a save file where you have to progress through the game in order?

thats not true though, i just recently unlocked a watch while playing coop

thats not true though, i just recently unlocked a watch while playing coop

When I played coop neither progression or achievements worked, thats how I discovered it after playing again in SP.
