How do you replace squad members?
one of my guys resigned and the other 3 are on leave. Where do I go to manage my squad? Im just walking around the station aimlessly and nothing is explained

Hold TAB to bring up tablet and you can manage your squad through there.

yeah it's dumb, instead of pressing tab, which half brings it up, you have to hold tab down.

You hold tab and go to roster. That part is easier than figuring out how to switch out your squad members.

I know how to bring up the tablet. But i cant reassign someone to my empty team slot. Im sure im just being dumb, but ive been trying for like 15 minutes.

Hey, had this issue when I started too. If you clicked on an officer to view their personnel file you have to press anywhere on the screen that's an empty space. With the current employed officers highlighted in view now, you have to select one of the officers on that list (the ones above the full roster below) which will then give you the option to select a replacement for the officer you selected.

Yeah, it's very confusing. Hold tab and after that is miss and error until you learn. Very stupid.
