Bind "Low Ready" wherever you want sprint to be toggled. It does increase your speed, even if it's just by a little bit. The devs have stated they are open to changing the speed of Low Ready slightly, if they feel it becomes necessary. They need to settle on what the AI will look like before they can fine-tune how fast we're allowed to move, IMO. So speed adjustments will probably come later, not sooner.
Low Ready is too slow for fast take cover or nokcout the suspect.
There is a button for sprint, it doesn't make you run much faster but it helps a bit, and you don't need mods for it since I've been playing with it since I started this game, the less armor you got the faster you run and more ammo you get
