How many bombs in the school mission?

as the title suggest I really cant get thru the college mission either me or some ai died so I restart then when I can get 0 friendly casualties and killed every suspect I cant find all the bombs. It happened twice now and I defused 2 bombs each time. walked thru the entire school for like 4-5 times each run. is there a bomb that spawns outside of the school building?

I don't think one can spawn outside, at least I've never had it happen. There can be as little as.. one I believe, maybe two. At most I'd say 3 I feel.

Strange, i always had 2 bombs. I just keep a circuit and check every room.

I've seen 3 once. Most is 2 and can sometimes be 1
