S ranking every mission is crazy hard...
The biggest problem is you need to get good RNG. And all AIs have to no channel their inner John Wick(or at least do it so you can nade them(some doors are unnadable, ty level designer)) And so we roll the dice, and roll it untill all stars align. Sometimes you just make mistakes(it's ok, but when you are already frustrated it just piles up). Also you can shoot through glass, also if you headshot with non-lethal shotgun, you are not rewared with insta surrendered suspect. Oh, no, it's a punishment, you killed the guy, you are a bad cop! Plus sometime AI just decide to ignore being shot.
If you wanted to show us that you are good cop by beating the game on all S. You've failed, the only thing i want now is to pound those suspects with actuall good weapon on sight. Giving 0 regard to human live. Oh i didn't yell at a suspect and 1tapped him(-150 social rating - unblablabla force)? Poor boy, come here let me teabag your dead body. I've killed a civ? Ooopsie, guess i can kill the rest, mission is failed anyway.

It's supposed to be difficult, it's an S rank. Why do people go for the highest scores in most cases? If you don't seek the challenge then don't do it, simple as.

I just finally got the last S rank today (admittedly with the No Crack for AI mod, but it was still hard so I count it as an achievement). I can say without a doubt that Neon Tomb is by far the hardest level to S rank. Every other map I did in a handful of attempts (some being quite a big handful), but Neon Tomb took me about 8 hours on and off, maybe even more. If anyone is still trying and hasn't discovered the joys of dynamic leaning (holding alt and using a+d to customise how far you lean), my performance improved significantly once I started using it religiously. You can start behind cover and lean out to minimise your exposure to the enemy, and if you're in danger just depress alt and you'll snap back to behind cover. You can even crouch down with S before leaning.
