I’ve gone through this map thrice now, and I cannot for the life of me find the remaining enemies and/or civillians.

when you get to this part of the map you need to take the path that leads to a church. I clipped it for you so you can see the path. This is very likely the path that you are missing as it's kind of hidden.

Likewise , also v difficult. Cult women with SAS extreme training and super human reflexes and all with shotguns.
