Traps

Ok enjoying the game - first time trying Ides of March and the only issue im having is even when I mirror under door i dont see a wire or grenade like I used to but the explosion still happens. Am I just missing it, looking at it wrong or are they sometimes just not visible?

You likely are missing them, you can see them all the time (unless the room is dark, then maybe not). On maps with traps I tend to mirror, first look around with mirror, after that I peek the door for a second check in case I did miss a trap.

Ok. Weird, in earlier versions when they had traps in every room, I remember clearly and easily spotting them.. Maybe I gotta take an angle or something

Dumb question but did you check your side of the doors? I've done that mistake like two times already, checked peeking the door not noticing the wire on my side and boom.

gotto make it a habit that peak every single door before enter to see if that tooltip ideal bubble for cutting wire show up or not

Yeah I was thinking I could see if tip shows up to be doubly sure but somehow thats less satisfying but not as much as living
