Corrupt data found

So I've come back to the game only to find out that I had to delete all my save files and mods just to be able to play it again. Afterwards, first thing I did after realizing how much progress was lost, I headed to mod.io for at least instant customization unlocks. Now that I've subscribed to it, I can't launch the game once again with the "corrupt files found" error.

Is this a joke? Am I bound to play without mods and do it all over again or there is a workaround that I didn't think of?

Don't use mod.io.
The latest working mods are @ nexusmods.
