Readiness squeeze / tap MP game changes

There was a mod for RON (Tappy+) that introduced readiness squeezes and/or taps to give to your teammates in multiplayer. This simple feature is such a game changer, that I don't understand why it hasn't been implemented in the vanilla game yet! This mind sound trivial, but the readiness signal will eliminate about 80 % of need to use verbal communication in any given situation with a well trained SOP. It allows the pointman to concentrate on covering or continuing movement without having to spin around and look at his teammates, or hear them give verbal confirmations to proceed. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE IN THE GAME.
