Is the way out west achievement still bugged?

Nobody seems to agree on what exactly you need to do (SWAT AI loadouts, use of grenades/other utilities, tagging soft objectives, arresting civilians,...) to complete the achievement. I have litterally tried everything and I still didn't get it, any tipps?

It's not bugged, you using something that not allowed or did not get at least C grade

I tried for a good while with all sorts of combinations. What worked? Use your revolver only and order your AI team to do everything. Don't pull out your lockpick. Simply pulling it out will void your attempt. (Which probably voided most of my attempts as I am too impatient with AI, and it is stupid anyways.)

lol, i didnt know you can use nvgs while others claimed not to use it. Other person said not to pull out lock pick which is why most ppl can't get this achievement

Actually I just tried following the video link you sent except I shot the magnum and using nvgs, did i miss something else?

Bringing up the objective tablet also voids it (90% sure).

This is how I did it:
Equip the 357 and only pistol ammo. I didn't even bring NV eventhough I don't know if that bricks the achivement (I think I read that somewhere). Let your AI do everything. You only shoot, reload and give commands. Don't interact with anything! Once the mission is complete you get the achivement.

So pretty much you only allowed to touch your .357 through the entire run in rust belt, will try again

Way out West could definitely benefit from being more descriptive of their conditions. The way some people describe voiding their attempt by pulling out a lockpick, while others describe how they won that achievement while using night vision goggles, signals that you definitely need to elaborate on them.

Thanks to everyone for the input, I now managed to get the achievement! I think it might have been the lockpick that kept voiding my attempts.
