You can't split your team up to clear multiple parts of the building at once, you have to be there in person to hold their hand and tell them where to go next every single time they clear a room, you simply don't have the movement speed to search everywhere the suspects might be before the timer runs out and they start executing hostages...

S Rank in single player is a matter of restarting the mission over and over and over and over and over until you happen to get a favorable suspect spawn. It isn't fun and it isn't engaging. All it does is highlight the flaws of the AI command system and scoring system in bright neon.

Any ranking over F is pure luck in single player, I've never found second bomb in time, ♥♥♥♥ this mission!

I did D solo and in Multiplayer I had a good Team at first try.
Did A then.

Relaps Mission was the bad one for me, had a lot of Teams that failed.
Most times I did D but today I had usefull People and we did a A in under 10min. it was great. ;-) Now I have all Missions on minimum C (2), most one on B and A.
I wish there would be way more maps or some generated one that are every run different
