I dont think this game would even run on a HDD. I got two SSD's and one old HDD 2TB which is 10 years old. And some games dont even open, like Killing Floor 2 or GTA V.
And im pretty sure its a "alt" or "troll" account.
The game never had issues or inconvenience with loading times and a regular SSD.
Since it was in EA to Unreal Engine 5 transition
There is nothing to get ''fixed'', the game have other kind of issues none of them is related to loading times.
Something is up on your end which you did not mention specs or what type of games you play.
