Bug with civilians
Hi, I noted a bug where the civilian cannot be handcuffed, thus preventing me from completing the mission. Did anybody else also encounter this ?

Encountered this in the 'Dorms' DLC mission at the start of it, had to restart which was a bit annoying but I havent seen it happen after that anymore.

Double check that you are not leaning. I play with lean as a toggle, and have noticed that while leaning, I cannot interact with civvies.

I had the problem in the mission "Spider", I had to shoot the person to make it move and arrestable.
