EDIT: Further, there are a few soft objectives you should know about as well, including money, and drugs.
Either way, I personally advocate for scoring to not including this and having it removed from the game. These should be tactical decisions - you don't want someone to pickup a weapon. During a raid, an officer might disassemble a slide or kick the weapon away, but they're not going around collecting evidence.
The only way is use mod that disables score for evidence or spawn swat/trailers ai in multiplayer
