Elephant solo S rank is possible?

I've tried 20 times and every time I just don't have time to run through the whole building, I don't stop anywhere and I don't even arrest civilians, but I still get a civilian executed somewhere on the other side of the building...

you kinda need to get lucky, i got an A not S but i finally got a run where i got all the shooters before they executed anyone. I started going through the side door that leads to library, go through the library and then clear rooms from there then going downstairs. It took like 15 tries.

It's possible, I have done it solo, but it's pretty rng, you just have to learn the spawns and hope that you get fast ones. Also make sure you bring a battering ram in case your legs break. You usually find some near the lecture hall, 2 can spawn near the blue room, some spawn near the green stairs, and some usually spawn near the library, those are what I can remember off the top of my head.
