Is Home Invasion worth it?

I think it's too busy, visually. Lots of windows, lots of fences, lots of openings, lots of garbage around, you can get domed pretty easily if you're not extremely cautious, more so than the average mission.

It's more close quarters than that, thankfully. Instead of getting sniped from 50 meters away between two moving parcels on a conveyor belt, you're just gonna get some drum-fed 5.56 in the back of your neck through a window while you were busy keeping an eye on an open front door, two other windows and a criss-cross fence partially obscured by garbage + two gaps.

I like Dark Waters more, but it also may be biased due to the major changes that came with the DLC, like hesitation. Home Invasion maps are still fun though, dorms is pretty unique with its layout, narcos is a hell of a challenge with a cool story, and lawmaker is a beautiful map that introduced factions we saw expanded upon with Dark Waters.

That does sound annoying. Some of the vanilla missions are almost impossible to complete with S or A rank without mods.

Literally completed them all without mods on commander A+ on all S on some. You just arent good at the game currently doing iron man mode and getting A on every single one not lost a single officer NO MODS.

Love Narcos. Probably one of my favorite maps so far (I recently got back into playing Ready or Not). It's grim and terrifying to play, if you take some time to look at the details of the map and the physical condition of the informant. I wasn't planning on picking up the Home Invasion DLC but since it's on sale now I might as well.
