It's closed when I find it. So leave it alone? That doesn't make much sense. Nor does it make sense that I opened it and finished the map 1/2 hour later and nothing happened.

No, you need to open it once in order to report to TOC. But the display states "unstable" so you better close it after reporting. Even though I have not seen what's happening if I leave it open.

Well, I can confirm nothing happens if you leave it open. So it sounds like I must open, then close it. Hmmmm.

There's absolutely ZERO stakes to leaving it opened, which is one of SEVERAL things that just...really bugs me about this mission in particular. Nothing is explained, there's nothing particularly dramatic about the container or hostage, and we're not told anything about what it all connects to, besides hints at possible MLO involvement / something to do with Judge's past.

Tried to make it detonate on purpose, waited for it to explode, shot at it, and even threw a stinger at it. Can confirm nothing happens when you leave it open.
