The M4 Is literally an AR15 carbine.

The FBI has access to full auto M4's, they don't need to go to the store and buy an AR-15 and slap a full auto sear in it.
Yeah no sh't they do, dosen't mean they don't use Keymods. modifying the M4 AR15 variant using better ergonomics.
The Gas mask is probably in the equipment slot. while the Glock pistol skin can be accessed in Gunsmith area

Your post makes absolutely no sense and it is evident that the other fella here got you all confused . Your title asked for an AR 11.5 but SWAT has full access to an M4 . That makes absolutely zero sense. I think you should of googled more before posting bud.
If you knew this then your title would of not been asking for a civilian market AR.
Yeah not the greatest way to implement it. I tried to distinguish the AR 15 from M4 since people consider their appearance to be different. although its pretty much the same rifle. except the AR15 dosen't allow full auto or burst fire mode.
They are not. Hence my doubt. Not even the FBI shield has the announced skin yet... I was very disappointed. None of this is placed on the purchase page.
