Anyone out there actually play as a team?
Noticing a bunch of people just going rambo. Wondering if there are any groups or communities that actually take their time and play within the spirit of the game.

I ran into a couple of random lobbies that had great teamwork tonight. Getting a team that communicates is harder than it should be, so many players that don't even have any sort of mic!
Sometimes I just say "Let me be the lead" and players without microphone silently agree, so at least I can command how we approach to doors opening
But yea, mostly they all rambos or slow af like a turtles while suspects killing civilians

Let time pass, they will filter themselves
Mostly we can see YouTubers rn who barely can't handle pressing 2 buttons on keyboard at the same time

Well at the moment none of my friends have it lol. So I'm stuck with bots. But when we do play games it's all about teamplay and communication. Seeing how much of us are either cops and or swat. I know they would love this game lol.
I have never had a bad round when I get a group going on discord. Everyone takes the game seriously, communicates reasonably well, and plays/understands their roles. On the official discord server, there is a #looking-for-gamers channel. That's where you should be looking.

It takes some time to set up. You need to be steam friends, along with early access technical issues, but it's totally worth it. I'm willing to wait those 5 extra minutes if it means I get a high quality game. At this point, I don't even bother with the in-game matchmaking. It's always been a waste of time

Shame we can't setup lobbies specifying certain types of playstyles. eg. Slow & Methodical vs Run & Gun... I'd like to play more slowly and carefully but most of the time players don't have mics and it's hard to get a good process going
