At least we can shoot the lights out. That of course creates unnecessary sound. It would indeed be nice to access the power box outside of buildings. Alternatively place a small explosive device on power boxes with a timer, or for simplicity pretend there's a timer but you actually initiate the charge yourself. That way you can breach just as the power goes out.

They introduced the feature to shut off the power in older teasers, But like most of the stuff shown in original footages, They were taken out to be reworked
