How to use SHIELDS?
My operatives dont use them, how to delete main weapon then? because shield use only with pistols

You can order your AI team to use them, for me its middle mouse button, keys 4, then keys 5 to equip. Just have to order your AI team to re-equip the shields after they breach and flashbang/c2 a door, as the one doing it will go back to their main weapons and run in without their shield. Hope that made sense. Same process to tell AI to unequip the shields.

Found it: look at the ground (fall in), press the menu button, then deploy

Middle Mouse button> Deploy> Shield.

The AI will unequip the shield if they need to open the door, so plan ahead, open the door yourself then order entry.
