"Buy cheap, buy twice" Staff List?

i swear ive searched everywhere in the building and it says to "Locate the staff list - locate the staff list for detactives at HQ"

Where in the ♥♥♥♥ is it? ive literally been searching for 20-30 min, im actually at a loss because the rest i cleared well...

Game does get a bit annoying with the needle in the haystack moments. I spent 20 minutes solo looking for a civ to complete the mission and I just gave up.

It's on a desk in one of the offices upstairs IIRC, but not in the "main" buildings with the showrooms. My buddy found it and I was more focused on covering at the time so I can't give you the exact location.

I FINALLY FOUND IT! it literally took 45 minutes, its was somewhere on the first floor in the center. Honestly was a pain in the ass tho, and ruined the fun i was having :(

I hate that ♥♥♥♥. We spent 30 minutes killing bad guys. Surely some evidence crew can come through and locate that.

Can be annoying, but tbf surely not the game's fault, especially if you're not with ai. The goals are there from the start.

I recommend Doorwedges to prevent them from running all over the place and glowsticks to mark the Doors you've already searched.

That can make your life a lot easier.
