Will it become same circus as R6 or it'll keep the style of rough tactical shooter?

Well considering this is based on realism... I don't think most cities have many female SWAT operators. So I would say expect it to be put in at some point but be very rare in the line up of the team. America generally does not like putting women in harms way, even if they want to.

if you're referring to siedge then stop, that game is not worth being part of the franchise
that being said female operatives will probably come later down the line, this game is still pretty much an alpha
