Bought Ready Or Not Standard from website, when do we get a steam key?

Like title, I went ahead and bought a copy of the game from Void's website but when do we get a steam key?

I got my Steam-key through an e-mail from xsolla very early this morning (CET). Xsolla is also the company that processes your payment.

Apperently some people (including me) aren't being send their emails, they're trying to fix it with Xsolla, but yeah it does suck, knowing that pre-ordering kinda turned out not to be really pre-ordering.

Xsolla has had numerious issues before with other game launches, to the extend of sometimes people never getting their keys and just having to refund. Hope that isn't the case here.

I just refunded it and it got accepted 10min after. Purchased through steam and am now downloading it. 2 reasons: 1. supporters that bought through the website have to wait longer then others. 2. The EA price stayed the same although they said the pre-sale was 20% lower then EA and 33% lower then full price.

Yeah the fact that the price is the same is kinda annoying now that I have to wait and possibly never get a key. Guess ll refund later today if I dont see an email.

If I understand the situation, this whole Steam EA release was a last-minute, unplanned event. I don't believe that the official Beta was scheduled this early. I believe that this game is officially still in the Alpha stage.
What happened is that Steam stopped giving them keys for the supporter edition which they needed for the purchasers of that to play. (It's also why the digital supporter edition was sold out)
Steam told Void to release it as early access on Steam if they wanted more keys so that's what Void did, but because it wasn't really planned for that right now, some things aren't going right. (I myself received my key around 1 PM EST today, 12/18.)
This means that anyone who bought the Standard from the Void site will get earlier access to the game than was originally planned, because of this, I think that everyone should give them some slack. I am sure they are doing the best that they can.

See if you can request a refund from xsolla customer support at the bottom of the email which had the key in it. The whole key thing is a mess right now. I'd also advise anyone else not to purchase either edition off the website right now. Kinda late in your case, obviously, but maybe they can refund you.

No, I pre-ordered the standard edition off the website, and didn't recieve my key while others were already playing the steam standard edition. They did approve my refund request though. At this point, the benefits that standard edition pre-ordering was supposed to provide have not been provided to the customer.

You are probably better off going on their webchat and requesting a refund, got processed in 10 mins and next day i had my money (varies between banks)

apparently its two separate keys, there is a space in between them/ you need to separate keys, thats according to some ppl
