I'm with the herd as far as gun enthusiasts go. SCAR-H is fine, but it's up against some heavy hitting battle rifles like the SVD Dragunov, M14 / M21 EBR (Anything Ruger really), HK G3-SG1, PSG-1, and Sig 716.
You know real guns are chambered in multiple different calibers out of the factory
Call of Duty went full ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but that doesn't mean you have to do "serious homework" you just need to google "what is x gun chambered in" "oh it's chambered in .40 S&W, .357 winmag and .45 ACP cool."
Some weapons DO have interchangeable parts that allow you to change calibers.
They come in the form of "kits" consisting of all the interchangeable parts - Barrels, chambers, magazines and such.
Granted, it's mostly utilized to downsize the caliber, for to use cheaper ammunition on the firing range, for example.
