Is Commander mode final?
Wondering if they plan to refine it.
Right now it’s more like a quick mission to me because the resources are unlimited and you get all weapons and equipment plus it costs nothing to hire.
It would be nice to have to plan your loadout and start out with a few weapons and limited budget and work your way towards getting the reputation and Budget for higher tier missions and weapons.
It would be cool to have some sort of PR simulation as in having a bigger effect if you go in guns blazing and you potentially get penalized and your reputation suffers and you maybe even risk getting fired or not having anyone want to work with you.

Until we reach the end of Ready or Nots development, which is still years and years away, everything still has the potential to be tweaked or improved.

For commander mode, was thinking that it lacks story.. Idea was, that first mission could be as your a police patrol officer. You and your partner get a call to domestic violence, after that maybe few first responder missions. Then you get invited to join SWAT team. You climb career ladder . Your second man in bravo, you follow orders. Then your pointman with shield ,still taking orders. Just after that You become teamlead.

Wait, isint pointman giving orders.. anyways.. idea was to create more storyline. Give a feel of progression

Any road map for the future?

I feel like that would be too linear.

I think Commander Mode is basically fine, but could just use a bit more management. Perhaps manage resources, more management on the Teammates, things like that, just "more" to the existing systems.

Perhaps have to replay maps. Maybe there's 'another' ongoing situation at the gas station, or another situation at the Condos map, etc.. Things like that.

Interesting idea.
Hitman does this very well where it introduces some challenges to a map you already know like Elusive targets or a different xhallenge forcing you to play differently.
