And it still does it?

Try right clicking the .exe located in : steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Binaries\Win64

Right click "ReadyOrNot-Win64-Shipping" -> properties -> compatibility tab -> check the 2 boxes "disable full screen optimisations" and "run as administrator", hit apply and try to launch again.

Alternatively, Simply restarting steam can fix weird launch issues too, So I'd try that first.

You can also try deleting the save files and configuration files the game creates.

Open start menu -> type run in the search box -> paste this in
%localappdata%\ReadyOrNot\Saved\

Delete all of the folders in that location and then restart steam and then try launching again.

I'm out of ideas, Those are the only fixes I know of for launch related issues.

Though I can see you are ingame so maybe it's fixed itself?

Weird, What about moving the game via steam to another location or another drive? ( if applicable )

Is it on a HDD? SSD?

If HDD, Try running a defrag on it to optimise performance.

I know, simple suggestions but you'd be surprised how often the simple suggestions make things a lot better.
