Voll Heath House Can't Get A Rating

I finished this map like 5 times flawlessly. I arrested all the suspects, civillians, voll heath, found 3 hdd's and bagged up all the guns, still getting a B. Anything I am missing? At the end of mission screen, I get full out of all the tasks, but still a B.

You arrested killed/incaped suspects, you need them alive to get higher score

I am not looking for an S. That's boring and unrealistinc trying to beanbag and taser every gunman. I can get an A on other maps despite killing suspects but completing all objectives and not getting minus points.

Other maps have less suspects, that why you get A on them, because you killed less

I do arrest some too though, it's not like I turn it into a slaughterhouse. Also that would show up on the scoring. Like a bonus for not killing the armed guards, but there is no such thing. I am starting to believe you can only get a B or an S. I could not manage to find footage of anyone getting an A. There's only footage of B and S.

Ok I see. It says arrested alive ones are worth 35 points and dead ones are worth five. Got it. I wish the end game scoring explained more than it did.

Sometimes there is an objective to arrest a minimum amount of suspects alive, and I thought that was the only time when you had to arrest suspects alive.
